What you're buying
A start on monday business is a commercial product: a business system built around one of the businesses in our directory. Depending on the package you choose, it includes templates, sales materials, AI prompts, a configurable brand and website, and — with Launch Pack — hands-on setup and support delivering your first three paying customers.
Every purchase is a one-time buy. Support ($49/month) is separately opt-in and can be cancelled any time.
What you own
- The business you set up, the brand you launch under, and the website you run it from.
- Every customer relationship you build.
- All revenue you earn from your customers. No revenue share, no royalty, no ongoing fee.
- A license to use the templates, scripts, and materials we give you as part of running your business. You can modify them; you can't resell them as a competing kit.
What we don't do
- We don't provide, guarantee, or introduce customers. Finding and closing them is your job.
- We don't guarantee earnings. Revenue examples on the site are illustrative, not promises.
- We don't act as your employer, agent, or business partner. You run your business under your own responsibility, including tax, licensing, and any local requirements where you operate.
Production bench
The optional shared production bench is pay-per-project. Every fee is published before you accept or submit a customer job. If you use the bench, the work is delivered to your customer under your brand; you remain the seller and remain responsible for the customer relationship.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced by email to active buyers. Continued use after the change means you accept the update.
